In this paper, we introduce a new and general Jungck-type iterative scheme for a pair of nonself mappings and study its strong convergence, stability and data dependence. It is exhibited that our iterative scheme has much better convergence rate than those of Jungck–Mann, Jungck–Ishikawa, Jungck–Noor and Jungck–CR iterative schemes. Numerical examples in support of validity and applications of ...
The use of implicit formulae in the solution of stiff ODEs gives rise to systems of nonlinear equations which are usually solved iteratively by a modified Newton scheme. The linear algebra costs associated with such schemes may form a substantial part of the overall cost of the solution. The work of W. H. Enright and M. S. Kamel attempts to reduce the cost of the iteration by automatically tran...
In this paper, we introduce and study a new iterative scheme toapproximate a common xed point for a nite family of generalized asymptoticallyquasi-nonexpansive nonself-mappings in Banach spaces. Several strong and weakconvergence theorems of the proposed iteration are established. The main resultsobtained in this paper generalize and rene some known results in the currentliterature.
We have developed a Jungck version of the DK iterative scheme called Jungck–DK scheme. Our analysis focuses on convergence and stability for pair non-self-mappings using more general contractive condition. demonstrate that this converges faster than all other leading Jungck-type schemes. To further illustrate its effectiveness, we provide an example to verify rate prove data dependence result F...
In this paper, the laminar incompressible flow equations are solved by an upwind least-squares meshless method. Due to the difficulties in generating quality meshes, particularly in complex geometries, a meshless method is increasingly used as a new numerical tool. The meshless methods only use clouds of nodes to influence the domain of every node. Thus, they do not require the nodes to be conn...
this paper presents an efficient modification of the variational iteration method for solvingboundary value problems using the chebyshev polynomials. the proposed method can be applied to linearand nonlinear models. the scheme is tested for some examples and the obtained results demonstrate thereliability and efficiency of the proposed method.
