Integration of assessment with planning process is one of the distinctive features of modern urban planning. In response to the need for comprehensive and integrated thinking, to evaluate and analyze complex and changing urban issues, assessment has become a basic issue in urban planning process aiming to explain the value of urban programs in terms of influencing urban development, formulate t...

Quantum sensors may provide extremely high sensitivity and precision to extract key information in a quantum or classical physical system. A fundamental question is whether sensor capable of uniquely inferring unknown parameters system for given structure the admissible measurement on sensor. In this paper, we investigate capability class which consist either single qubit two qubits. coupled sp...

background :    although, nontuberculous mycobacteria can cause disease in different organisms, they usually are not reported in most countries because scientists in general consider them as non-pathogens. but, increasing nontuberculous mycobacteria diseases occurrence has changed this belief. nevertheless, there is no meta-analysis review about prevalence of nontuberculous mycobacteria in iran...

Syndactyly and polydactyly-respectively characterized by fused and supernumerary digits-are among the most common congenital limb malformations, with syndactyly presenting at an estimated incidence of 1 in 2,000-3,000 live births and polydactyly at a frequency of 1 in approximately 700-1,000 live births. Despite their relatively regular manifestation in the clinic, the etiologies of syndactyly ...

Coomassie blue-stained, heat-dried, and computer-imaged two-dimensional gels used to develop comprehensive human protein data bases served as the protein source to generate partial amino acid sequences. The protein spots were collected from multiple gels, rehydrated, concentrated by stacking into a new gel, electroblotted onto inert membranes, and in situ-digested with trypsin. Peptides eluting...

This paper presents an explicit bound on the number of primitive elements that are linear combinations of generators for field extensions. It is well known that every finite separable extension of an arbitrary field has a primitive element; that is, there exists a single element in the extension field which generates that field over the ground field. This is a fundamental theorem in algebra whi...

Comprehensive knowledge-bases can be seen as not only rich sources of factual content – that is, answers – but also as rich sources of questions. In this paper we explore the potential of knowledge resources like the CIA World Fact book to serve as the generative basis of a series of creative educational puzzles.

The paper discusses a comprehensive, model-based approach for the design and implementation of intelligent controllers. The system has been implemented in the framework of the Multigraph Architecture. The Multigraph Architecture is a layered system, which includes a parallel, graph computation model, the corresponding execution environment, and software tools supporting the interactive, graphic...

The concepts of comprehensive Gröbner bases and Gröbner systems were introduced by Weispfenning in [13]. Montes in [9] has proposed DisPGB algorithm for computing Gröbner systems. But he has not explicitly used Buchberger’s criteria in his algorithm. In this paper, we show how to apply these criteria on Montes algorithm, and we propose an improved version of DisPGB.

Tensor, Clifford and Grassmann algebras belong to a wide class of non-commutative algebras that have a Poincaré-Birkhoff-Witt (PBW) “monomial” basis. The necessary and sufficient condition for an algebra to have the PBW basis has been established by T. Mora and then V. Levandovskyy as the so called “non-degeneracy condition”. This has led V. Levandovskyy to a re-discovery of the so called G-alg...
