Abstract We search through an eight million cubic parsec volume surrounding the Pleiades star cluster and Sun to identify both current past members of within Gaia EDR3 data set. find nearly 1300 289 former candidates. Many these candidates lie well in front or behind from our point view, so formerly they were considered members, but their parallaxes put them more than 10 pc center today. Over 1...

We report here the results of a statistical analysis of 28 δ Scuti stars from five open clusters, α Persei, Pleiades, Hyades, Praesepe and Coma. These δ Scuti variables, most of which are on the main sequence, tend to show a positive correlation between oscillation amplitude and absolute luminosity. No correlation is found between amplitude and effective temperature .

We present a statistical analysis of binaries in galactic clusters, based on photometric properties. Synthetic clusters are used to solve the deconvolution problem. If the colourmagnitude relation for single stars is given and if triple stars are treated as binaries, the distribution of systems in a colourmagnitude diagram (CMD) can be used to determine cluster properties. They include the maxi...

We have obtained high resolution spectra of ∼40 members of M35, determined the Lithium-Teff morphology and the distribution of the rotational velocity for G and K stars, and compared them to those of the Pleiades and other well-known open clusters. 1. The cluster background M35 (NGC 2168) is a very interesting open cluster for several reasons. It is relatively nearby, with (m-M)0=9.7 (Vidal 197...
