هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیرات تمرینات ورزشی بر تعادل سایتوکاینی موشهای مادۀ مبتلا به سرطان پستان است. بدین منظور 20 سر موش بالبسی ماده تصادفی در دو گروه کنترل و تجربی قرار گرفتند. پس از آشناسازی با محیط و تزریق سلولهای سرطانی به همۀ موشها، گروه تجربی به مدت شش هفته، پنج روز و با شدت متوسط تمرینات استقامتی را انجام دادند. موشها روزانه از نظر تغییرات رشد تومور ارزیابی شدند. در پایان موشها...
