[ 1 ] - ارزیابی ریز ازدیادی گیاه دارویی مرزۀ خوزستانی (Satureja khuzistanica)
به‌منظور مطالعۀ ریزازدیادی گیاه مرزۀ خوزستانی، بذور این گیاه در محیط کشت موراشیگ و اسکوگ (MS) نیم‌غلظت کشت و سپس گیاهچه‌ها واکشت شدند. پس از آن نمونه‌ها در سطوح مختلف هورمونهای BA و Kinetin، به‌صورت منفرد یا در ترکیب با IBA کشت شدند. نتایج نشان داد، بیشترین میزان پرآوری (4/2 شاخه) در غلظت 5/0 میلی‌گرم در لیتر IBA و 3 میلی‌گرم در لیتر BA مشاهده شد. در بخش طول شاخه، طویل‌ترین شاخه‌ها (76/5 سا...
