[ 1 ] - Survival of Lactobacillus Acidophilus as Probiotic Bacteria using Chitosan Nanoparticles

Chitosan was used for nanoencapsulation of Lactobacillus acidophilus as probiotic bacteria. In vitro experiments were done with the objective of investigating the survival of the bacteria cells in gastro-intestinal conditions.
