[ 1 ] - Energy Efficient Novel Design of Static Random Access Memory Memory Cell in Quantum-dot Cellular Automata Approach

This paper introduces a peculiar approach of designing Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) memory cell in Quantum-dot Cellular Automata (QCA) technique.
