[ 1 ] - Transmittance of MIM Waveguides Containing Semi-Circular Ring Shaped and Rectangular Ring Shaped Grooves

In this paper the transmittance of metal-insulator-metal (MIM) waveguides containing semi-circular ring shaped and rectangular ring shaped grooves are investigated.
