هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش ویژگی‌های شخصیتی در پیش‌بینی انگیزه‌ی پیشرفت دانشجویان می‌باشد. روش پژوهش به کار رفته در این تحقیق توصیفی از نوع همبستگی می‌باشد. نمونه تحقیق شامل 350 نفر از دانشجویان پسر بودند. برای انتخاب نمونه از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی چندمرحله‌ای استفاده شد. برای سنجش متغیرهای مورد نظر از آزمون شخصیتی نئو (NEO) و پرسشنامه‌ی انگیزه پیشرفت هرمانز (AMQ) استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان ...
