مشاهدات سری دوم شبکه ترازیابی دقیق کشور به منظور اصلاح نقاط ضعف مشاهدات سری اول، از سال 1380 شروع و در سال 1388 به اتمام رسید. پس از اعمال تصحیحات ارتومتریک، کالیبراسیون، انکسار و ضریب انبساط طولی، آزمون‌های پیش از سرشکنی بر مشاهدات اعمال شد. نتایج این آزمون‌ها، بیانگر بهبود کیفیت مشاهدات پس از اعمال این تصحیحات، اما باقی‌ماندن قسمت عمده‌ای از اثرات سیستماتیک می‌باشد. خطای استاندارد سری دوم مشا...
