In this paper, an Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) based control is proposed for the tracking of a Micro-Electro Mechanical Systems (MEMS) gyroscope sensor. The ANFIS is used to train parameters of the controller for tracking a desired trajectory.
