دررفتگی مادرزادی زانو در طیفی از باز شدن بیش از حد مفصل زانو تا دررفتگی جلویی تی‌بیا روی فمور بروز می‌کند. درمان این اختلال معمولاً از سنین کودکی آغاز می‌شود. در این گزارش، دختر ۱۶ ساله با دررفتگی مادرزادی زانو درمان نشده ارائه می‌شود. پس از درمان جراحی در این سن، وی قادر است بایستد و راه برود.
