[ 1 ] - Identification of lactic acid bacteria isolated from traditional drinking yoghurt in tribes of Fars province
Morphological, cultural, physiological and biochemical characteristics were employed to identify lactic acid bacteria (LAB), isolated from drinking yoghurt in different areas in Fars province, Iran.
