خلاصه به منظور مقایسه دو روش تهیه گسترش از نمونه مدفوع آلوده به کریپتوسپوریدیوم شامل آزمایش فرمل اتر و تهیه گسترش مستقیم، از 53 نمونه مدفوع اخذ شده از گوساله های مثبت به کریپتوسپوریدیوم از گاوداری های شهرستان سمنان، 1 گسترش به روش فرمل اتر و 2 گسترش به صورت مستقیم تهیه گردید. از 53 نمونه تهیه شده به روش فرمل اتر، 42 نمونه مثبت تشخیص داده شد. ولی در نمونه های تهیه شده به روش گسترش مستقیم، حداقل ...
