By means of a kind of new idea, we consider  the $(in,ivq)$-fuzzy$h$-ideals of a hemiring.  First, the concepts of $(in,ivq)$-fuzzyleft(right) $h$-ideals of a hemiring are provided and some relatedproperties are investigated.
