در این مقاله نانوسیم‌های اکسید روی به همراه لایه نازکی از نانواکسیدهای قلع دو و چهار ظرفیتی از نوع ساختارهای هسته- پوسته و ترکیبی p-n بر روی یک بستر سیلیکونی سنتز شده و با روش‌های مختلف از قبیل پراش پرتو ایکس و میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی شناسایی شده‌اند. بررسی الگوی پراش پرتو ایکس (XRD) ساختار ترکیبی، نشان می‌دهد که در نمونه مورد نظر، لایه نازک اکسید قلع، ازنانو اکسیدهای قلع دو و چهارظرفیتی تشکی...
