Goal: The aim of this study is assess and compare emotional ability of deaf. Semi _ deaf and hearing students (14 _ 20) in Mashhad. Method: To do this experiment out of studies evidence   generally 105 students selecting randomly. From each group, choose the number of normal boys and girls 35, deaf boys and girls and semi deaf boys and girls .this article is useful and explanatory .in this study the Alternative version of cognitive test Benton face (1978) is used that consists of 28 types. Subsalting this test are anger, fury, happiness and fear and to tall score, they all record Emotional cognition. Kerned Bach Alpha previous test in Masher’s research and et al (1396) that is the same with 89 has the opposing view. Findings: According to data analysis, findings show that there is a considerable difference between emotional states of normal semi deaf students. Therefore further research will confirm our hypothesis.  Conclusion: The report conclude that deaf and semi _ deaf students lack emotional expression thon normal students. There is no significant difference in the happiness component between normal and semi deaf students.
