The effect of the principle of dignity on the treatment of religious minorities in Islamic political thought Looking at the constitutions of Iran, Kuwait and Syria

According to the Islamic worldview, human beings are inherently human beings and regardless of any kind of discrimination or privilege, they have inherent value and dignity. Belief in this progressive principle determines the type of attitude and treatment of religious minorities in Islamic societies. In the present age, which is known as the age of communication, the presence of religious minorities under different headings in Islamic societies is undeniable and very much affected, so examining the effect of belief in the principle of human dignity in how to deal with these minorities is one of the important goals. Leading research. In the present study, we seek to find an answer to the basic question that in validating the principle of dignity over how to deal with religious minorities in the Islamic political system, is the principle of dignity prior or the minority of minorities? And if each has precedence, what will be the precedence of this chapter? In this regard, the constitutions of the three countries of Iran, Kuwait and Syria, which have a political system based on Islam and are required to comply with the rules and laws of Islam, on how to deal with religious minorities, were comparatively studied. One of the most important results is that according to the different types of religious minorities that are present in Islamic societies, the precedence or latency of the principle of dignity over their death is different, but in most cases, the principle of dignity takes precedence Also, the Iranian constitution, compared to the constitutions of Kuwait and Syria, has been more successful in dealing properly with religious minorities due to the principle of human dignity.
