The Effect of Asafoetida Mouthwash on Whiteness of Teeth

Introduction: Teeth whitening is one of the ways to enhance the beauty that makes a personchr('39')s face look more beautiful and then increase onechr('39')s self-esteem. Cases:A total of 63 patients referred to the School of Dentistry of Yazd University of Medical Sciences were prescribed Asafoethda mouthwash for one week. After supra gingival scaling followed by brushing, patients were asked not to use any other method for a week, and only twice a day, a tablespoon (approximately 15 ml) was prescribed for half a minute each time. Turn it completely in the mouth and do not eat anything for an hour after that and do not rinse your mouth with water.  Among the 63 people who referred to the School of Dentistry of Yazd University of Medical Sciences, considering the conditions of inclusion in the study, 48 people stated that their teeth were significantly whitened.
