چکیده مقاله:

Objective: Laboratory studies on diabetic rats have shown that diabetic rats have a lower beta cell mass than healthy rats. On the other hand, over the years, with tremendous advances in genetic science, many studies have been done on the expression of genes and its effective factors, such as physical activity. One of these genes is AKT / PKB. Due to the association between the expression of this gene and type 2 diabetes, the effect of physical activity on the expression of this gene seems to be necessary. Materials and Methods: 30 male Wistar 10 week olds were randomly divided into three groups: healthy control, diabetic control and diabetic training. The diabetic control group was diabetic and injected with nicotinic amide and streptozotocin. The diabetic group was trained for 12 weeks Aerobic on the treadmill. Results: Based on independent t-test, aerobic training showed a significant increase in the relative expression of AKT / PKB in the pancreatic tissue of the aerobic diabetic group compared to the diabetic control group. Conclusion: The AKT / PKB signaling pathway not only plays an important role in insulin resistance, but also plays an important role in the ability of beta cells to adapt to increased insulin levels. Therefore, it can be concluded that environmental factors such as aerobic activity. The expression of the AKT / PKB gene expression can be effective in improving the treatment of type 2 diabetes.

Effect of 12 Weeks Aerobic Training on FOXO1 Gene Expression in Pancreatic Tissue of Type 2 Diabetes Wistar Rats

Objective: Exercise as a non-pharmacological treatment plays an important role in regulating and reducing the inflammatory cytokine associated with beta cell function. Genetics is one of the most important and effective factors in the incidence of diabetes, in most cases. The present study aims to explain the effect of 12 weeks aerobic training on FOXO1 expression in pancreatic tissue, insulin ...

Effects of Aerobic Training on mTORC1 Gene Expression in Male Wistar Rats with Type 2 Diabetes

Objective: Although type 2 diabetes is a multifactorial illness, one of the major risk factors is the prevalence of obesity. In this context, recent genetic studies on diabetics or pre-diabetics, have shown that some of  the newly-known genes make the conditions for type 2 diabetes even in the absence of obesity. One of these genes is called mTORC1, which plays an important role in the synt...

The Effect of 12 Weeks Aerobic Training on the Mafa Gene Expression of Pancreas in the Male Wistar Rats Type 2 Diabetes

Objective: MafA is one of the major factors in the family of MafA transcription factors. In pancreatic beta cells, MafA plays an important role in regulating the expression of glucose-dependent Insulin gene. On the other hand, Lipotocyticleads to negative expression of MafA expression when exposed to inflammatory cytokines. These statements in general emphasize the role that MafA plays as a key...

Effects of Eight Weeks of Resistance Training on Muscle Myostatin Gene Expression and Insulin Resistance in Male Wistar Rats with Type 2 Diabetes

Background and Objectives: Muscular atrophy is one of the indicators of uncontrolled diabetes. The aim of the current study was to investigate effects of eight weeks of resistance training (RT) on myostatin gene expression in soleus muscles and insulin resistance in streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetic rats. Materials and Methods: In general, 14 Wistar male rats weighing 200–250 g and aging 8...
