Qualitative Analysis of Nurses’ Psychological Changes and Coping Strategies by it in During of the Corona Using Grounded Theory

This study aimed to qualitatively analyze nurses' psychological changes and coping strategies during the corona period using data theory. The sampling method is performed by theoretical saturation method and as a result, the statistical sample of the present study was 15 nurses from corona hospitals in Tehran and semi-structured interviews were used to collect data the total duration was 375 minutes. Data collection from January 30 to March 1, 2022, and the data analysis method has been based on data theory (Grounded theory). Findings showed that nurses' psychological changes and coping strategies in the coronary period cover 143 open-source categories of negative emotions, positive emotions, coping strategies, and consequences. Based on the findings in negative emotions, the most repetition for stress code and work pressure, positive feelings for discharge of patients improved, in coping strategies for frequent washing and disinfection of hands and equipment, continuous observance of health protocols, and providing necessary training on the virus to nurses and Outcomes have been to familiarize yourself with the disease and fully understand coronary heart disease. Therefore, paying attention to the variables mentioned in the target centers, to improve the situation in the post-corona period, is recommended to help people adapt quickly.
