Explaning Model of Innovative Behavior in the Employees of Iran Sport Federations

The purpose of this research was to explaning model of innovative behavior in the employees of Iran sport federations. The method of research is in term of applied purpose and descriptive survey. Society and statistical sample of research including whole of employees in Iran sport federations which has been chosen by the method of stratified random sampling. Questionnaire were the tools for collecting data that were collected in 250 questionnaires. Questionnaire's face validity by using experts and professor’s opinion in this area and construct validity were confirmed by first order confirmatory factor analysis. Data analysis by test methods of Kaiser, Mayer, Olkin, Bartlett's test of sphericity, explanatory factor analysis test, VARIMAX rotation technique and confirmatory factor analysis which has done by using software’s like SPSS23 and LISREL8.70. Discoveries of explanatory factor analysis represented that we can categorize components of innovative behavior of staff in seven component categories. which are: organization's capacity of innovative behavior, guideline of innovative behavior in or organization, innovative behavior limitations, participation in organization innovation, individual needs in innovative behavior, making new ideas for innovative behavior, advantage and functions of innovative behavior. Based on this data, it seems besides other sides of innovative behavior like: individual needs, making new ideas and advantage and functions of innovative behavior, we can expect by concentrating on the factor of organization's capacity of innovative behavior, the foundation of basic function and applicable for success and effectiveness in sport federations be provided.
