Evaluation of objective dimensions in the aesthetics of brick designs (case study: historical context of Dezful house)

One of the important (effective) factor in architecture body is paying Attention to the ornament which is shaped by geometrical patterns. This physical element has been used in different part of the building and has created beautiful designs. The creation of beauty in ornament is also because of criterions which were effective in pattern formation. This recognizing and influencing them in as on of the research objectives is considered in the context of research. the study context is in a city with a valuable historical background and it's about brick ornament. According, Dezful is desired with the mentioned features that has Xowunchini brick designs. Also, the question reused are: what are the effective factors on aesthetics of brick design? How is the effect of each criterion on the beauty of Xowunchini designs? This research is based on survey method in case study samples and description of architectural ornament. In this method were going to get to know the context of the research by using observation, case study, and library study. Then, the research framework is evaluated with codas technique in 6 steps and the study of beauty components in the sample community is done. Finally, conclusions are made based on research findings and logical inference. The research base is in the historical city of Dezful, which with its valuable background, has created a manifestation of decoration and physical beauty. The research finding show that Xowunchini ornament have had different geometry and have created a different quality of beauty, as they're formed under the influence of aesthetic components. Also, the result of this research shows that the effective criteria in creating the beauty of ornaments include proportions, relationship with numbers, type of pattern, roots of patterns, reproducibility and emphasis on special role. These criteria are varied in Xowunchinis and have a variety of species. So that few ornaments can be found that have similar criteria.
