Evaluation of context organization plans in the central part of Qazvin city with a sustainable urban regeneration approach

the eroded fabric is the area of city or region due to the aging or lack of building strength , lack of proper infrastructure , physical limitations such as narrow pathways , social issues and high crime and environmental pollution , with no - stability and degradation of environmental quality .in our country , as in other countries , aging tissues in cities face multi - dimensional and highly complex issues and many projects have been made in relation to re - enactment in old urban tissues , unfortunately for reasons such as dissatisfaction with citizens , lack of proper understanding of plans and the lack of use of spatial - physical and social abilities .the eroded fabric of the city of qazvin which is located in a close relationship with the city 's historical and historical architecture and its extent is not limited , but because of some problems and problems including physical exhaustion , road network problems , the weakness of employment and … residents constitute the majority of the poor economic strata of the city .in this study , with the use of documents , statistics and information available in scientific literature as well as interviews with heads of household households in eroded fabric , experts , managers and experts related to architectural , social , and sample size is 95 percent , and a 5 percent error is equal to 417 and have been tried using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process " AHP " in the first stage , the ahp model was prioritized in terms of exhaustion and in the next stage , using the " SWOT " model after identifying the strengths and weaknesses of these areas , appropriate solutions to remove the problems such as urban architecture .the lack of per capita educational , sports , green space , health - therapy , lack of consistency and harmony of construction and historical buildings with the increase of quality of life in order to improve the social status of the fabric the return of the old settlers moved .
