Determining the Mediating Role human capital in the Effects of Strategic Agility on Employee Creativity of Gymnastics Federation of I.R.Iran

Among the different approaches presented for the interaction between the organization and the turbulent environment, strategic agility has been considered as the dominant paradigm of business in the third millennium and as the best option for survival of most productive and service organizations. The purpose of this study is to determining the mediating role human capital in the effects of strategic agility on employee creativity of Gymnastics Federation of I.R.I. Methodology is Descriptive-correlation with use of structural equation. The research method is correlation with structural equation approach and applied research, which was carried out as a survey. The population of this research was gymnastic elite of Iran. Sample size was determined using Cochran formula and 368 person were chosen among 9096 as stratified sampling. Three questionnaires were used to collect data. Pearson correlation coefficient and structural equation model were used to analyze the data. Data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS software. The results of the research showed a positive and meaningful relation for strategic agility with the creativity (0.48) and the human capital (0.71). Data from 368 elite gymnasts with Cochran formula from 9096 person with three questioner, human capital Amiri(1391) with 28 questions, strategic agility mangrove(2013) with 30 questions and organize creativity Rendsip(1979)with 50 questions, were collected. The result shows that the effect of strategic agility on creativity and human capital is 23% and 50%. On the other hands, considering the mediating role of human capital, the effect of strategic agility on creativity exceeds 38%. In conclusion, strategic agility will cause a dynamic ability to effective change with uncertain conditions for taking advantage of upcoming opportunity and ensures the correct way to solve exceptional problems and enjoy new ideas and change in personal interests to pursue career goals or promotion and effort and devotion to growth of organization by staffs.
