[ 1 ] - شناسایی گلسنگ‌های اطراف کارخانه مس سرچشمه و بررسی اثر آلاینده‌های حاصل از کارخانه بر پوشش و تراکم آنها
زمینه و هدف: گاز SO2 و سایر گازهای آلاینده اثرات منفی زیادی را بر محیط زیست تحمیل می‌کنند. به واسطه فعالیت کارخانه ذوب مس مجتمع سرچشمه در هر ساعت حجم بسیار زیادی گاز از دودکش کوره‌های انعکاسی و مبدل خارج می‌شود که SO2 به ترتیب 2/6 درصد و 4/8 درصد این گازها را تشکیل می‌دهد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تاثیر این گازها بر فلور گلسنگی منطقه انجام شد. روش بررسی: بدین منظور نمونه‌های گلسنگی از 35 ایستگاه...

بر اساس کارهای ملکولی انجام شده با استفاده از ITS هفت گروه از بخش‌های جنس گون تفکیک شده است که هر یک با شماره‌های خود بر روی درخت فیلوژنی مطابقت دارند. برای هر گروه نام بخش‌ها به همراه کلید شناسایی بخش‌ها با استفاده از صفات مورفولوژی برای جدا سازی استفاده شده است.
