زیتون (Olea europaea L.) یکی از گونه های متحمل به خشکی می باشد. اما پژوهش ها نشان داده که ارقام مختلف زیتون نیز، تحمل متفاوتی را به کمبود آب نشان می دهند، از اینرو انتخاب رقم مناسب برای کشت در نواحی خشک و نیمه خشک امری ضروری می باشد. نتایج نشان داد که میزان پتانسیل آب گیاه، رطوبت نسبی برگ و پروتئین محلول کل سه رقم با پیشرفت تنش خشکی کاهش می یابد. بین سه رقم تفاوت معنی داری مشاهده نشد. در صورت...
