In present study, the desorption process of hydrogen from an industrial scale metal hydride tank with the thermal jacket system has been simulated. Commercial Fluent 6.3 code is used to solve the set of differential equations. The thermal equilibrium condition is considered between hydrogen gas and metal solid bed.
