زمینه مطالعه: در سال‌های اخیر میزان بروز مسمومیت غذایی ناشی از کمپیلوباکتر به تدریج افزایش یافته است. این باکتری یکی از علل اصلی بیماری‌های عفونی گسترده در قرن گذشته می‌باشد. اگر چه ماکیان مهم ترین مخازن و منبع انتقال کمپیلوباکتر به انسان می‌باشند، اما آلودگی محیط با گونه‌های مختلف کمپیلوباکتر و ایجاد عفونت در انسان و حیوانات به وسیله مدفوع پرندگان آزاد وحشی مانند اردک را نمی‌توان نادیده گرفت....
