مطالعه حاضر به منظور ارزیابی اثر الحاق باکتری لاکتوکوکوس لاکتیس و سوپرناتانت آن جهت افزایش مدت زمان ماندگاری فیله‌های قزل آلای رنگین کمان نگهداری شده در یخچال انجام پذیرفت. چهل و پنج قطعه ماهی قزل آلای رنگین کمان پرورشی به وزن کلی 30 کیلوگرم تهیه شدند و در محلول‌های حاوی لاکتوکوکوس لاکتیس با رقت 106 کلنی در هر میلی لیتر و سوپرناتانت آن با درصدهای 30 و 60 به مدت 15 دقیقه غوطه‌ور شدند. جهت پایش ر...
