[ 2 ] - تأثیر عفونت تجربی کوکسیدیایی بر ایمنی سلولی حاصل از واکسیناسیون نیوکاسل در جوجه‌های گوشتی
با هدف بررسی اثرتضعیف ایمنی احتمالی عفونت کوکسیدیایی بر ایمنی سلولی جوجه‌های گوشتی، 640قطعه جوجه گوشتی یک روزه از جنس نر سویه تجاری راس 208بطور تصادفی به 4گروه 160 قطعه‌ای(هر یک شامل4تکرار 40 تایی)تقسیم شدند. گروه شاهد منفی تا انتهای آزمایش چالش نشده باقی ماند، در حالی‌که 3 گروه دیگر مخلوطی از آیمریا آسروولینا و آیمریا ماکزیما را در غالب دوز‌های بالا، متوسط و پایین در سن 15 روزگی در یافت کردند....
