Abstract:
Introduction: Since health in students provides health in the community, so the present study aimed was done to The Role of emotional dysregulation, academic procrastination and family flexibility in predict academic burnout female students the second period in high school. Methods: The research design was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of the study included second period female high school students Zabol city in 2019-2020. them were selected 191 member by multi-stage cluster sampling. Research tools included questionnaires of burnout birso (2007), emotional dysregulation Gratz and Roemer (2004), academic procrastination Solomon & Roth Bloom (1984), family flexibility Elson (1999). Finally, the obtained data were analyzed using SPSS software version 23 and statistical tests of correlation and regression analysis. Results: The results showed that there was a between emotion maladaptation and academic burnout correlation coefficient of 0.42 and between procrastination and academic burnout correlation coefficient of 0.22, which were significant at the level (P <0.001). But no significant correlation found between flexibility and academic burnout. Conclusion: It can be concluded that emotion dysregulation and procrastination can both predict changes in academic burnout, so it is recommended that relevant education officials pay attention to this important issue.
