Abstract:
این تحقیق بر روی گروهی از مبتلایان به باکتریمی گرم منفی و واکنش های تب زا انجام شد. نشان داد که این امر بستگی به استفاده مجدد از دستگاه ندارد و معمولاً به آب مورد استفاده همراه با آلودگی با باکتریهای گرم منفی روده ای مربوط است. همودیالیز امروزه برای بیش از ۱۵۶۰۰۰ آمریکایی مبتلا به مرحله نهایی بیماری کلیوی مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد. ابتلاء این بیماران به باکتریمی گرم منفی و واکنش های تب زا می تواند وضعیت آنها را بغرنج نماید. این باور وجود دارد که وقوع واکنش های تب زا بدون وجود باکتریمی ناشی از اندوتوکسین های باکتری می باشد.
