The Globalization of Higher Education from the Perspective of the Paradigm of Chaos

 The present paper emphasizes that the theory of complexity in the paradigm of complexity while endorsing many of the previous views on the internationalization of higher education and its importance, looks at it from a key and network perspective, and warns researchers not to fall into the abyss of control and delivery. Accepting and emphasizing proposals such as "distribution control" provides an answer to the challenge of "linear control" in the internationalization of higher education. Then, referring to one of the main theories of this paradigm, Mukhtarchr(Chr(chr('39')39chr('39'))39 Chr(chr('39')39chr('39')))s theoretical framework of the article, namely, "higher education system as a complex adaptive system" was explained. Finally, after describing some of the main features of these types of systems (network structure, self-organization, and emergence), some of the contextual requirements for the process of internationalization of the higher education system such as "production and sharing of knowledge in the World Higher Education Network", "Attention to the program "Nonlinear curricula" and "expansion of formal and informal interactive spaces" were explained.
