The effect of information technology on organizational performance with the mediating role of innovation performance

Abstract:
The current research was carried out with the aim of investigating the impact of information technology on organizational performance with the mediating role of innovation performance in The National Iranian South Oil Company. The method of descriptive survey research is correlation type and practical in terms of purpose. The statistical population of the current research is the managers and heads of the headquarters and operational units of the National Iranian South Oil Company and its subsidiary companies. The tool for measuring research data is a standard questionnaire. SPSS software was used for descriptive analysis and SmartPLS software was used for hypothesis analysis and inferential statistics. The research results show that with the improvement of information technology, organizational performance and innovation performance in the organization increases. The use of information technology in the company makes the transfer and access of information well implemented in the organization.
