Review of Article 89 of the Social Security Law from the perspective of the right to health

Abstract The amount and quality of use of medical services is the same for all levels of Social Security fund retirees. While some pay less for the same medical services and others a much higher cost. And this is while retirees are mainly dissatisfied with the two categories of livelihood and treatment, especially during the outbreak of emerging and widespread diseases such as coronavirus (COVIDE19), which will undoubtedly have a greater impact on the health of retirees.
