Abstract:

The present study seeks to provide a model for the possibility of establishing a standard system of 34,000 human resource management and provide a favorable model in Ansar Bank. Managers and experts of Ansar Bank are considered as a statistical population of a small section, which was about 1500 people, is a cluster sampling method. In this study, to estimate the sample size according to the number of the statistical population of the study, the Morgan table is used, which is finally 306 people, which was determined by random sampling. This research is among the combined researches of exploratory type and instrument making model. The present study is a descriptive survey type and the data collection tool is a questionnaire. Statistical analysis was performed to analyze the observations and research information and to investigate the simultaneous effect of general scales using Excel2013, SPSS22 and Smart-PLS software. By examining the background of the research and the theoretical foundations of the dimensions of the model were identified. Examining the results of the relevant test, we found that the status of factors related to the criteria for the establishment of a standard system of 34,000 human resource management is above average. Six models are also drawn. In order to evaluate and validate the models, after the dimensions and indicators were approved, the coefficient of determination of the models was obtained. We also used GOF to measure the model's goodness index, indicating a very strong overall fit of the overall research model.
