An existing study to determine the association of bacteria with blood groups Different were done.  Methods & Materials: This descriptive-analytical (cross-sectional) study was performed in 2019 on 400 pregnant women, who were selected by convenience sampling method. For each pregnant woman referred to Allameh Behlool Hospital in Gonabad, a form including patient profile, medical history and blood type was completed. Data were analyzed by SPSS software version 20 using descriptive statistics and chi-square correlation test. The significance level was less than 0.05. Finding:. Out of 400 pregnant women, with a mean age of 27/31±5/9 years, 58 were bacterially positive. There was a significant correlation between ABO and ABO blood groups (P = 0.001). Pregnant women with O (49.2%) and A (8.8% 29) were at higher risk of bacterial infection. There was a significant relationship between bacterial and gestational age (P = 0.016), so that 56.9% of the pregnant women with bacterial viral infections were in the third three months. Bacterial anthropometry and literacy level with (P = 0.494) and aureous bacteria and number of pregnancies with (P = 0.712) and bacteriuria and location (P = 0.494) Conclusion : The prevalence of bacteriuria was 14.5% among pregnant women. Pregnant women who are at the top of the bacterial ovary are at higher risk for the third, third and third month of pregnancy, with an O and A blood group. Consideration should be given to counseling to the group about autism and urinary tract infections, and on personal hygiene and faster referral. Diagnostic and therapeutic measures are recommended if you have symptoms, as well as information from doctors and gynecologists in this regard, and assistance in getting quicker decisions.
