Predicting the Productivity of Human Resources Based on Spiritual Intelligence, Organizational Optimism and Kant\'s Ethical Conscientious View

Abstract:

Background: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between spiritual intelligence, organizational optimism and Kant's moral conscientious view on the productivity of first grade high school teachers in Hamadan in the academic year 2018-2019. Method: The method of this study is descriptive-correlational. The statistical population includes all teachers of the first secondary school of Hamadan city with 965 people (394 males and 571 females). The statistical sample size is 278 subjects (164 female subjects and 114 male subjects) based on Krejcie and Morgan table and using the method. Relative stratified random sampling was estimated. Research tools include four questionnaires: spiritual intelligence, natural optimism, Kant's conscientious view and human productivity. Data were collected and analyzed using SPSS statistical software using Pearson correlation coefficient and simultaneous multiple regression analysis. Results: The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and organizational optimism, Kant's conscientious moral view and the productivity of human resources of first grade high school teachers in Hamadan. Conclusion: The results indicate that the components of existential critical thinking, production of personal meaning, awareness and development of awareness and optimism, moral components of self-respect, others, a certain class of people, professional power Manpower productivity nose is in the hands of junior high school teachers.
