Phenomenology of Organizational Diagnosis of Schools (An analysis of the Lived experiences of Principals)

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to explore the fundamental construction for school organizational diagnosis. The nature of this research was a qualitative type of interpretive phenomenology based on the lived experience of principals. Participants in this study were 9 principals with sufficient background and experience to be invited to collaborate with successful target-based sampling and theoretical saturation among successful principals all over the country. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect data. Interviews (30 to 45 minutes) included a reciprocal response to the lived experiences of principals about school management problems. Data analysis was carried out based on the method of the analysis of the content. Based on the data analysis, 29 sub-media were extracted in 9 main coding schemes including environmental Diagnosis (community and culture, family), structural Diagnosis (laws, resources, technology), functional Diagnosis (educational, academic), and individual and group Diagnosis (managers, teachers and students) classification They were The results of this study showed that these fundamental structures based on the lived experience of principals have been used to design school organizational modeling complication. Undoubtedly, the use of this constructs of diagnosis is an important part of any effective intervention for the evolution and development of school management and organization systems.
