Investigating the Status of Levels of Entrepreneurship Development in the Iranian University System

Higher education plays a very important role in the development of entrepreneurship as one of the most important concepts in the present era. Higher education, through the transfer of applied knowledge, the creation of skills and abilities required in the field of entrepreneurship, cultural context and research development and support, introduces the concepts of entrepreneurship into the university and leads students' knowledge, attitudes and skills towards entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship. Give. Therefore, it can be said that one of the major tools for entrepreneurship development in any country is the higher education system and universities of that country. In order to achieve entrepreneurship, change in the scientific and technological structure of the country, change in the structure of universities and the use of successful models in all fields, especially institutional, individual levels and policy-making and macro-scientific and research planning is necessary, undeniable and vital. The main purpose of this study was to identify the desirability of entrepreneurship development in the higher education system, and to examine the status of different levels. For this purpose, 72 experts and managers of policy-making organizations and professors of entrepreneurship in Tehran, Allameh and Qazvin universities were considered and a standard questionnaire was distributed and collected among them. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were also confirmed by statistical tests. By performing the comparison tests of the mean of a community and the binomial test in SPSS software, the effectiveness of the model elements presented under its variables was confirmed. The statistical results also confirmed the significant relationship between entrepreneurship development and institutional levels, individual levels, policy levels. The desirability of institutional levels and entrepreneurship development policy achieved an average score of more than 3 and individual level less than 3, which is a sign of the job-seeking education system of the country's university system and no attention has been paid to training and education of entrepreneurs. Therefore, it is suggested that special attention be paid to the individual and psychological factors of entrepreneurship and the characteristics of entrepreneurs in the content of courses and training courses.
