Investigating the Inefficiency Causes of Educational Institution in the Field of Knowledge Transfer

Abstract:
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to determine the causes of inefficiency of educational institutions in the field of knowledge transfer. The type of research is applied in terms of purpose and the research method is qualitatively analytical. Methodology: The study population in this study is the Iranian society and is composed of groups of students, teachers, administrators, education professionals and parents in the field of secondary education. Using purposive sampling method, 20 people were selected and Using the available sampling method were selected. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview and the grounded theory analytical process was used to analyze the obtained information in three stages of open, axial and selective coding. Findings: The results showed that the target factors with 13 categories, teacher with 34 categories, student with 30 categories, educational methods with 31 categories, educational program with 33 categories, educational environment with 19 Category and student psychology with 23 categories were identified as the causes of inefficiencies of the educational institution in the field of knowledge transfer. Conclusion: Therefore, it is concluded that the institution of education in the field of knowledge transfer for the Iranian secondary education has performed poorly and does not have excellent capabilities. Therefore, it is suggested that those in charge of the education system carefully study and fundamentally analyze the educational environment, while the elements of knowledge transfer such as teachers, educational tools and equipment, curricula and educational facilities in the framework To spread the standard and in accordance with the current world knowledge in schools so that students' academic progress can be witnessed.
