Abstract:

Introduction: The main topic of this research is to Investigating the Impact of Virtual Social Networks on Social Capital and Organizational Learning Capabilities with the Mediating Role of Helpful Activities. An important feature of social networks is that it has become a place to share knowledge, which in turn contributes to the quantitative and qualitative improvement of social capital. Thus, the purpose of this study is investigating the Impact of virtual social networks in social capital and Organizational learning capabilities are in the context of helpful Activities. Method: The statistical population of the study consisted of all employees and managers of the Road and Wreaking Directorate of Mazandaran province (402 people). For this purpose, based on Morganchr('39')s table, 198 questionnaires were collected using a multi-stage cluster sampling method. To collect data, Social capital investment and Assistive Action Totheman (2005) and Organizational Learning Questionnaire Ochr('39')Junan et al (2014) .The validity of the questionnaire was verified by confirmatory factor analysis and reliability through Cronbachchr('39')s alpha. Findings: Findings of the research based on Structural Equation with Lisrel software show that virtual social network alone has a positive and significant effect on social capital, organizational learning ability and auxiliary activities. Also, social capital has an impact on the learning ability of an organization and also contributes to aid It plays the role of mediator in the development of social capital in the relationship between the virtual social network and organizational learning capabilities. Discussin: Social capital affects the ability of organizational learning through direct and indirect indirect actions.In other words, due to the role of Helpful activities with the promotion of social capital based on the virtual social network, the capacity of organizational learning increases.
