Developing Coping Strategies with the Threats to Mental Health and the Family Structure of the Oil Company's Satellite Staff: a focus on the third type of change

Purpose: The aim of this study was to develop a strategic model in relation to the factors threatening the mental health and family structure of satellite employees of the oil company with emphasis on the focus of the third type of change. Method: In this study, a qualitative approach and a grounded theory method were used. The statistical population included all satellite personnel of South Zagros Oil Company and Falat ghareh , whether single or married, with or without education. Targeted sampling was started from those who had information about the subject. Then, theoretical sampling and considering the direction and direction of information in theoretical development and theoretical saturation of the theory continued. The sample size was closely related to the saturation level. Data were collected through qualitative in-depth interviews and semi-structured interviews. In addition to the interview, the researcher also collected information by forming a focal group. In this study, analysis of three types of open coding, axial coding, coding Selective was used. Findings: After three-step coding, 74 initial codes, 21 axial codes and finally 5 nuclear codes were obtained. The final codes of the research were: job and organizational strategies, family strategies, personal and family functionalism, individual strategies and finally metaphysics, the last three codes were based on type three changes. Conclusion: The model obtained from the results of this study included all three types of changes of type one, two and three and finally can be used as a complete reference for developing strategies to deal with mental health threats as an individual dimension and family structure. It was used as an interpersonal dimension in relation to the oil company satellite personnel.
