Authors
Abstract:
Introduction: Women injured by their husband's breach of contract need help and therapy to overcome their emotional and emotional problems. This research was conducted with the aim of determining the effectiveness of emotion-oriented therapy based on attachment trauma and spirituality-oriented schema therapy on the anxiety and emotional capital of women affected by a spouse's breach of contract. Methodology: This study was a semi-experimental study with a pre-test-post-test-follow-up plan with a control group. The statistical population consisted of women injured by their husband's breach of contract, who referred to psychological counseling centers in Bandar Abbas city in the spring of 1400. Among them, 48 people were selected by purposeful sampling and randomly assigned to two experimental groups and one control group (16 people in each group). Data were collected using Beck's anxiety scale (1988) and Golparvar's emotional capital (2015). Spirituality-based therapy schema and emotion-oriented therapy based on attachment damage (each in 10 sessions of 90 minutes) were implemented and the control group did not receive any treatment during the study period. The data was analyzed using variance analysis with repeated measurements and using SPSS version 26 software. Results: The findings showed that spirituality-oriented therapeutic schema and emotion-oriented therapy based on attachment damage were significantly effective in reducing anxiety (P<0.01). There was no significant difference between the two treatments in reducing anxiety (P<0.05). In the variable of emotional capital, there was no significant difference between the spirituality-based therapeutic schema and the emotion-oriented therapy based on attachment damage with the control group (P<0.05). This means that two treatments were not effective in increasing emotional capital. Conclusion: The results of the present study showed that spirituality-oriented schema therapy and emotional-oriented therapy based on attachment injury can reduce anxiety in women who are injured by their husband's breach of contract. Therefore, therapists can use these two treatments to control the anxiety of women who have been injured by their spouse's breach of contract.
