Abstract:

1.Introduction Marriage is the most important custom in all societies and cultures, which has the formation and formation of the closest communication processes between two people and ultimately the formation of a social unit called the family (1). The family is the place of meeting various physical, intellectual and emotional needs, and having knowledge of biological and psychological needs and knowing how to meet them and being equipped with techniques for recognizing biological and psychological desires is an undeniable necessity. At the same time, the cultural and social changes of the present half-century have had a wide impact on the expectations and experiences of spouses in the field of students (3). Therefore, the importance of recognizing and examining the factors that cause the consistency and strength of this social institution, can be a useful step in promoting the culture of society. However, based on the available data and information, we are witnessing a continuous delay in youth marriage in the country over the past three decades. Such a process will face many social costs for society; Because widening the gap between the age of puberty and the age of marriage exposes young people to many harms. As the root of some deviations should be sought in increasing the age of marriage (4). Communication is one of the main skills of social life (6) and one of the factors that can undermine the effectiveness of a communication and cause misunderstanding of the message sent or in other words its correct decoding, are misconceptions, prejudice. And negative attitudes (7). Attitudes toward marriage reflect feelings and tendencies, prejudices or biases, preconceived notions, and fears and strong beliefs about marriage (10). The attitude that a person has towards the future and choosing a spouse can determine how to guide them in future relationships, and the lack of a positive attitude as a result of various personal and external reasons explains the tendency of young people to marry (13). The above results and theoretical foundations have well shown that preparing for marriage is a relatively new approach to preventing dissatisfaction and failure in married life and is based on the view that boys and girls on the verge of marriage can learn how to have successful and sustainable marriages. Have; Training in premarital skills helps to strengthen and stabilize the marriage, reduce the divorce rate and improve the quality of the marriage, and this doubles the tendency of researchers to pursue and intervene professionally to make the best choice. However, internal and external constraints on the structures and dependent variables of the study clearly indicate the novelty of these trainings and the high prevalence of divorce and marital problems indicate the lack of sufficient attention of experts to this important and vital training. In this regard, the purpose of this study is to answer the question whether the two strategies of premarital preparation with Olson approach and premarital education based on the method of selection and awareness are effective on students' fear of marriage on the eve of marriage? 2.Methods The method of the present study was quasi-experimental and pre-test-post-test and follow-up with experimental and control groups. The independent variables of premarital education are pre-marriage selection and knowledge and preparation based on Elson model and the related variables are communication beliefs, fear of marriage, attitude towards marriage and restrictive beliefs of students' marriages. The statistical population includes all students on the verge of marriage. Dezful is a doctor. Using the available sampling method and in terms of entry and exit criteria, three groups of 15 people were selected as a sample. With regard to ethical considerations in human experiment research, the principle of confidentiality of personal information, full authority to participate and exit the research process at any stage, receiving consent to participate in the research process and implementation of premarital education treatment packages by selection, awareness and preparation Premarital according to Elson model for the control group after the completion of the research process, and finally the results of the research will be communicated to the experimental and control groups. 3.Results The results showed that the difference between the mean scores of fear of marriage in the three stages of the study was significant (P 00 0.001). Also, the mean scores of this variable in the experimental and control groups were significantly different (P 00 0.001). The results show that about 53% of the individual differences are related to the differences between the three groups. In addition, the interaction between research stages and group membership is significant (P = 0.001). The difference is about 0.916. That is, 91% of the variance or individual differences are related to the differences between the three stages of the test and group membership. Also, the results of pairwise comparisons of the difference between the means in the three stages of the test in Table 4-42 show that in the structure of fear of marriage, the difference between the two stages of pre-test with post-test (P = 0.001), pre-test with follow-up (P = 0.001) is significant. Is; But no significant difference was found between post-test and "follow-up". 4.Discussion Marriage and family formation as the oldest institutions of human life has long been considered by thinkers of social sciences, ethics, religious scholars and other scientists and is seen as a production unit. Marriage is the cause of family formation and reproduction and survival of the human race It affects factors such as mortality, health problems such as cardiovascular disease, and higher life expectancy. The other person is forever. This type of fear is somewhat natural for single people. Most single people think that by marrying and accepting the commitment, the security and comfort that a single life has given them will lose them. . This disorder is rooted in bitter experiences and growth in stressful marital environments. Of course, this type of fear has different strengths and weaknesses and is different. The results of this study show that the effect of premarital education on the method of selection and superior knowledge of marriage in post-test and follow-up is 72.3% and 70.5%, respectively (p> 0.01), so the difference The result of this hypothesis was the effectiveness of two treatments compared to the control group.
