Abstract:

Introduction: Tele health unit, as the dynamic organization Has put on the agenda for changes in various aspects of educational, research and services in field of health development and health literacy in the armed forces. Evaluation of the organizational culture as a tool for data collection in this unit. Enables administrators for improvement the gap between Current and Optimal Condition aimed to compare the working groups, identify priority problems of perception and staff expectations. Methods: Descriptive- survey study in 1394, in 60 administrators was done. Sample size was calculated by the Cochrane. data by the standard questionnaire Denison of 60 questions and four sections were collected. Data analysis was carried out by the SPSS -22. Results: Based on the four dimentions of Denison Model (Participation, Adjustment, Adaptation, Mission) and 7 expert group, the most of points, the mission dimension of related (Goals & Objective & vision), The Involvement dimension of related (Team Orientation, Empowerment), and the of most points 1/3, The Customer focused dimension of adaptability. Discussion: It seems, at an optimal level (the mean and top of mean) is the organizational culture of tele health unit. However, some of the indicators, customer-oriented and Coordination & Integration needs to improve. Terms spectrum, tendency to lexibility and the focus is almost equally to internal and external environment.
