Analyzing the Effect of Servant Leadership on Quality of Work Life in Isfahan Gas Company (With emphasis on the teaching of Nahjolbalaghe)

The importance of leadership in organizations, has prompted scientists and researchers to discover the characteristics of successful leaders in organizations and also to try to assign the characteristics of a successful leaders. Following these efforts, in recent decades various schools and theories on leadership were formed and also were introduced to scientific community. Servant leadership can be considered as one of the newest perspectives. In this study, the characteristics of servant leadership and also the quality of the employees were identified based on the teaching of Nahjolbalaghe. Then the effect of servant leadership on work life of employees was analyzed by conducting a field study in Isfahan Gas Company. Finally, from the 327 questionnaires that were distributed among the sample population, 132 of questionnaires were returned. Data analysis which was done by using SPSS22 and Smart PLS2.0 soft wares, shows that the style of servant leadership has a positive and significant impact on the quality of work life of Gas Company’ employees.
