A Model for Improving the Quality of Citizenship Sport Management Performance in Isfahan City Based on the cipp Model

The aim of this study was to present a model for improving Quality of Citizenship Sport Management Performance in Isfahan City Based on the cipp Model. This research was an applied research which was performed in qualitative and quantitative methods. The statistical population of this study included specialists and experts in the field of sports management and executive managers in the field of citizen sports in Isfahan. The sampling method in the qualitative part was purposeful using a semi-structured interview and in the quantitative part a researcher-made questionnaire was available. In order to correct and improve the interview questions, the Delphi method was used in four stages. After conducting the interview and completing the required points and factors, comprehensive themes of the CIPP model were created and for each of these four themes, organizing themes (criteria) and basic themes (markers) were developed. The results indicated that the Output with regression weight 0.66, Process with regression weight 0.59, the Input with regression weight with 0.54 and the Contex with regression weight with 0.49 had the most impact on the performance of citizenship sport management in cultural organization, respectively. In this regard, improving the performance appraisal system in citizen sports management, changing the planning based on the sports needs of participants in public sports, the opportunity to modify and review citizen sports programs and regularly review sports needs scientifically by experts can improve the performance of citizen sports management.
