Addiction comprises of physical, mental, social and spiritual problems. Drug addiction is one of four global problems, and it impacts on other social pathologies. Addiction relapse greatly impact on the individual, family and community. Individuals back into using addiction drugs are more likely to experience the feeling of guilt, despair, embarrassment, and anger. Several factors may prevent the return of recovered addicts, and occupation is one of the most important factors. Unemployment is one of the most important problems of the recovered addicts, and it plays an important role in addiction relapse. If we could provide the jobs for the recovered addicts based on their job skills, not only we could prevent them from addiction relapse, but also we could assist them to rejoin into the family and society. It seems that having a job and job skills play important roles in treatment of substance abusers. Given the important role of occupation in the prevention of addiction relapse, the need for providing job opportunity is necessary.
